I don’t usually do a post about an online retailer, but I took a risk purchasing from Cider in March for this adorable dinosaur cropped cardigan (you can see it below) and since then have purchased two dresses from them and have loved the fit, the quality and the price so here I am!

Lemon Love

I’m being 100% honest when I say that this is my new favorite dress. It feels great, I love that the collar has a tie that actually scrunches the top allowing for me (as a smaller chested woman) to get it to fit securely without the annoying gape when I bend over.

I LOVE the height of the thigh slit – high enough to make it sexy, but low enough that I didn’t once have to hold my skirt when I was walking on a windy day. And of course it has LEMONS on it. This dress is so easy to grunge up a bit with some doc martens/combat boots, too.

Self Esteem Boost

This dress was being served up to me in ads for a while and everytime I would click it, but never got to the add to cart stage, because I was worried it would be too tight and unflattering. Well, all that changed when I scored some Beetlejuice the musical tickets and realized I needed an outfit fit for a goth queen.

I paired it with my “vampira” liquid lipstick and instantly felt like the main character in a vampire movie. Move over Bella, Selene is here.

You’ll just have to forgive my dino puns, but when your name is Tara there are so many possibilities; Tara-dactyl, Tri-tara-tops, bron-tara-saurus…. hahaha

This is the sweater that started it all and obviously (as you can tell by the hair and horrible lighting) was taken earlier this year. However, this sweater is still available so please forgive my laziness in not taking another photo and remember that sharing plus size fashion tips and styles is supposed to be a fun hobby for me and not a second job 🤪
