I’ve always been the person that refused to mix black and blue, but cobalt blue is a different story. I absolutely love those two colors together!

A midi skirt can easily be dressed up with something more form fitting, but I’m loving the oversized sweater tucked in. I think it elevates this look without making it look formal.
