If you are ever looking for a no-fuss work outfit, I highly recommend a tie neck blouse. It always looks super cute and pulled together, yet you can still dress it down like I did with jeans below.

This type of blouse is the one that has the v neck top and the tie just lays across it. Personally my favorites are the ones where they button all the way to the top, but this blouse is from Eloquii and the quality is amazing and they constantly restock and release new patterns in this blouse.

I am absolutely obsessed with this 3/4 sleeve satin black tie neck blouse from ModCloth. Unfortunately it’s no longer available, but a black tie neck blouse is a closet staple.

This last blouse is old from Forever 21, but what I love about it is the contrast of the black ribbon. This is something you could easily do to ANY of your blouses just by buttoning them up to the top and tying a black ribbon around your neck!
